Check Out All the Entries in the @littleBits Droid Inventor Kit Competition | #StarWars #InventorsWanted
Submissions to the littleBits Droid Inventor Kit Competition are now closed and judges are reviewing the applications, which you too can view online at their microsite:
With 36 pages of entries at 9 entries per page that’s a little more than 300 droids that didn’t have documentation online previously And one of the great aspects of making your own droid is getting to name it – some of my faves include The Party Time Droid, Catcarebot, Coffee Maid, as well as classic droid-ish names likes R2BCalm, Fire2-D2, and so-on.
Check out all the entries here.
Entrants are tweeting their entries too using the #InventorsWanted hashtag – here are some examples:
“We wanted to build a functional droid that looked like it rolled off the set of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.” Meet MSE-BBIN, our entry in the @littleBits droid building competition: https://t.co/JHkIUC1CSA #InventorsWanted #BB8 @BrianHezza @artoodetoo @rianjohnson pic.twitter.com/PBr5tyPOTC
