TechShop trademark dispute @techshop #makerbusiness

A lawsuit was filed on 2/16/2018 in California regarding the alleged unauthorized use of the TechShop trademark. Court document (PDF).

On 2/17/2018 I posted “TechShop 2.0 is now TheShop.build ?” after seeing a sudden name change before TheShop.Build opening which may have happened this week (Monday 2/19/2018).

I emailed Dan Rasure (TheShop.Build) on 2/17/18 and was informed a release would be sent, nothing arrived yet. If/when it does, it will be posted up here.
