Making a new Drill Press Crank Handle

Great project video from maker and industrial engineer Eric Strebel.

Eric writes:

If you have ever owned a cheap tool you have probably had the
same experience, one of the handles broke! You options are to remove it and
attach a vice grip, or in my case make a new one!

I fix the handle by supergluing it back together and clean it up with some
body filler and add clay to the bak side to strengthen it up a bit. Then I
cast a quick silicone mold of the fixed up part. Finally I cannibalize the
metal collar from the broken handle and insert it into the new silicone to
cast a new handle.
