A Hulkbuster Costume Takes 20 Cans of Spray Paint to Finish

Iron Man armor is complex enough when it’s just the standard version. When it’s the Hulkbuster set of armor–like we’ll see in Avengers: Infinity War–it’s a whole other level. YouTuber Heroes and More shared a video assembling photos of Simon Wait’s Hulkbuster build. To complete the massive set of armor, he needed 20 cans of spray paint and sealer, 43 EVA foam mats, and 300 sheets of paper templates. The costume took him 3.5 weeks to build, and you can see how it comes together in the above video.
