Ikea Lamp Hack with Flying Birds and #NeoPixels

I made this fun Ikea Lantern mod that projects lighted flying birds. It’s an Arduino project using FastLED and FadeLED and my custom code. The hardware is Neopixels with bird cut outs in projector boxes. I used a vinyl cutter to make the boxes. And there is about 5 sticks of hot glue to hold it all together. Total cost is less than $100.
