'You can’t keep exporting terror, and have talks'

In an exclusive interview to The Times of India, defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that Imran Khan-led government in Pakistan will have to deliver on the terror front for talks to resume. Sitharaman also dismissed the Congress's allegations of corruption in the Rafale defence deal as 'misleading'.
