Recover deleted files/folders from emptied Recycle Bin easily
"Keeping things nice and simple, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Free is the friendly, accessible face of recovering lost files. ...the free version of the program only lets you recover up to 2GB of data... it should be enough to help you to get back your most important files when you need to." —Mark Wycislik-Wilson, techradar.com (Sep 17, 2018)
"My favorite aspect of EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard is that the user interface is structured much like Windows Explorer. While that may not be everyone's ideal way to display files, it's a very familiar interface that most people are comfortable with.." —Tim Fisher, lifewire.com (September 10, 2018)
"It works on internal and external hard drives, USB flash drives, memory cards and various types of partitions. It’s not clear whether it’s as reliable in partition recovery..." —Tim Fisher, cleverfiles.com (Sep 13, 2018)
Sometime we delete files or folders and empty the Recycle Bin without thinking. But then we realize that we still need some of them. Is there a way to recover it?
It turns out that Windows has a neat feature that can help us in this situation.
For example, I just deleted a huge file—let's say a GNU/Linux ISO file neon-useredition-20180830-1023-amd64.iso—then emptied the Recycle Bin,
Deleted a file
Now, if we open the Recycle Bin we can't find anything,

But we can still recover it as long as we know the folder containing it—in our example it's C:\0TEST folder.
Just right-click the folder and select "Restore previous versions",
Restore previous versions
Now, what if we don't see anything in the "Previous Versions" tab? Let's say, because we forgot to turn on Windows "File History" feature?
No previous versions
File History is off
