An automated probe that collect CO2 flux data on lake Mendota, WI. The researchers in UW-Madison Limnology department are having a hard time measuring CO2 flux data on a regular basis, so they entrusted us to build an automated probe for them. Briefly speaking, it takes measurement of CO2 in a closed chamber for a period of time, clear out the air, and repeat. data are stored in a SD card.
