Adafruit CRICKIT HAT for Raspberry Pi: Sometimes we wonder if robotics engineers ever watch movies. If they did, they’d know that making robots into slaves always ends up in a robot rebellion. Why even go down that path? Here at Adafruit, we believe in making robots our friends!
So if you find yourself wanting a companion, consider the robot. They’re fun to program, and you can get creative with decorations.
With that in mind, we designed the Adafruit Crickit HAT – That’s our Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to the Raspberry Pi that lets you #MakeRobotFriend using Python!
Raspberry Pi Model 3 A+: The Raspberry Pi 3 Model A+ is the latest board for the minimalist Pi fan. Like the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, it boasts a 64-bit quad core processor running at 1.4 GHz, dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless LAN, and Bluetooth 4.3/BLE. This low-cost Pi uses the same processor as the model 3 B+, but does away with the Ethernet jack and three of the USB ports. It’s still compatible with all Pi operating systems and software, and has the exact same 40 pin GPIO connector and camera/display sockets, so any HATs or Pi Plates or other things that plug into the model B+ will work just the same.
Kano Computer Kit Complete with Touch Screen: Do you gravitate towards more visual, hands-on projects? Have you ever wanted to build your own tablet but never knew where to begin? Now’s your chance! With the award-winning Kano Complete Computer Kit and storybook, you’ll not only build your own powerful computer, you’ll understand how you brought it to life!
Pimoroni Picade Cabinet Kit – PIM105: The Pimoroni Picade Cabinet is a stylish, retro, and fun arcade cabinet for your Raspberry Pi!
The Picade Cabinet comes in kit form for you to build at home. All parts, panels, and components are included – you just need to supply the Raspberry Pi and power adapter. We highly recommend using a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ as the extra processing power gives great performance in many emulators.
iOS Lightning to USB OTG Cable: Your iOS phone or tablet may not have a USB port on the bottom but that doesn’t mean you can’t use it to connect USB devices. Secretly known as a ‘Camera Connector’ or ‘MIDI Connector’ cable, this doohicky plugs into the bottom of your iOs device and gives you a USB A port. Then you can connect HID Keyboard, MIDI or even some Camera devices.
