Managed situation well along Pak border: Rawat

"We are only facilitators for peace in J&K. We have managed the situation well along the northern and western borders," Gen Bipin Rawat said, adding that there should be no cause for concern. The Army chief addressing the annual press conference added that India should talk to the Taliban if it has an interest in Afghanistan.
