NEW GUIDE: Integrating Home Assistant with Adafruit IO @adafruitio @home_assistant

This new guide uses an Adafruit Feather HUZZAH and a Raspberry Pi in building a Home Assistant set up which tracks the state of all the devices in your home. The free Adafruit IO service stores your data for you!

This guide walks through the set up of an Adafruit Feather ESP8266 with a BME280 sensor to create a temperature, pressure, and humidity logging node. Then, it walks through installing, setting up, and configuring Home Assistant on a Raspberry Pi.

Finally, we’ll configure the Feather to broadcast its sensor data to both Home Assistant and Adafruit IO using ESPHomeYAML.
