US and Italian military will make observation flight over Russia

US and Italian military will make an observation flight over the Russian territory in a period from July 29 to August 2 while Russian military inspectors will make an observation flight over Norway, the Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper reported with reference to Ruslan Shishin, the acting head of the National Nuclear Risk Reduction Center.
