FOX 13 Meteorologist Tyler Eliasen says Tropical Storm Humberto is staying well to the east of Florida and will curve north, away from the east coast. In the meantime, the National Hurricane Center is monitoring a wave out in the Atlantic that has a 60% chance of development.
