Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot Join Calls to Release Zack Snyder’s ‘Justice League’ Cut
Stay on target
Many stars, including Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot, are urging Warner Bros. to release Zack Snyder’s cut of Justice League.
In 2017, Snyder, who previously worked on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Man of Steel, had to step away from Justice League due to a family tragedy, Slate.com reported. Joss Whedon took over Snyder’s role and completed the film’s production efforts, however, fans and celebrities want to see Snyder’s original cut of the movie, Entertainment Weekly noted.
On Sunday, Affleck and Gadot both tweeted #ReleaseTheSynderCut,” and joined thousands of fans calling for the original version of Justice League. DC actors Ray Fisher and Christina Wren also demanded the Snyder cut on their social media accounts.
