Climbable ‘tube’ overlooking the city of linz, austria
Always down for installations that make urban spaces more playful.
Nice write-up on designboom:
collaborative european design studio numen/for use has designed its sixth and most recent ‘tube’ installation on the roof of the OK centre for contemporary art in linz, austria. identical to the tube in london, the web-like installation is constructed out of synthetic blue ropes and stretches across the entire rooftop, named the ‘voestalpine open space’. at approximately 25 meters above ground level, the structure overlooks the city of linz.
