Binho Feather Interface Board, Qwiic and breadboard breakouts #Binho #USB #I2C #SPI

Binho, maker of the Nova USB multiprotocol USB host adapter, has released two interface boards to make it easier to work with breadboards and boards in the Feather form factor.

The breadboard breakout provides a small, easy to use board which fits the center channel of common breadboards. This makes wiring to other devices much easier. Shown below is the adapter used in a project by Jeremy Cook interfacing to the Adafruit .54” Quad Alphanumeric FeatherWing display. The display communicates with the world via I2C, and in Jeremy’s opinion “represents one of the most interesting use cases for the Binho USB Host adapter: sending I2C (and likely SPI) signals directly.”

The Qwiic connect board makes it a snap to use breakout boards with Qwiic, STEMMA QT or Seeed Studio Grove connectors.

Finally, the Feather Interface Board provides a Feather form factor interface to plug onto Feather compatible boards or onto a multi FeatherWing adapter.
