THE QUEEN'S SPEECH - WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR IP?

The answer is probably not that much. However, the IPKat notes the following (probably indirectly relevant) statements by the Queen:

‘Legislation will be brought forward to improve the administration of justice by reforming the tribunal system, the qualifications for judicial appointment and the enforcement of judgments’.

‘Legislation will provide for improved arrangements for consumer advocacy…’

Not THAT Queen

‘My government will continue to work to build an effective and globally competitive European Union…’

‘My government will contribute to a modern and inclusive United Nations and will work to take forward the World Trade Organisation Doha talks.’
