Stem cell patent
The Washington Post reports that the USPTO has revoked three patents granted to Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation for inventions involving human embryonic stem cells. The Foundation has said that it will appeal, and the governor of Wisconsin has said that it will back the Foundation.
