Small and sole ...
The IPKat's friend and fellow blogger, Shireen Smith (Azrights Solicitors and the IP-Lite -- soon to be relaunching as IP Brands -- and SOLO IP weblogs) is hoping to boost her North London firm's IP litigation capacity. She'd like to hear from any IP litigators who are looking for an opportunity -- including those IP litigators who may have recently retired but are looking for a new challenge, as well as those who might prefer to be home-based (Shireen tells the Kat that her business model is designed for home-working, being paperless and using appropriate IT for remote working). If you're interested, you can contact Shireen here.
Having mentioned SOLO IP just a moment ago, the IPKat would like to draw readers' attention to the informal sole and small IP practitioners' group's next meeting, in London on Wednesday 10 September. Keynote speaker is Stuart Greenhill (Small & Mid Law Market Champion, for LexisNexis), who promises to do some listening as well as some speaking. It costs nothing to attend and all are welcome. Further details can be found here.
