GIGABYTE commences

GIGABYTE Technology India has commenced a motherboard technology knowledge-sharing seminar series, named "The No. 1 Choice - GIGABYTE", for engineering students across the country. Over 2,000 students are expected to attend these seminars that will be held at 30 engineering colleges during the next three months.

In addition to the tier-I cities, the seminars will be held in cities / regions that include Ahmedabad, Jamnagar, Jaipur, Kota (Rajasthan), Sagar, Dehradun, Nainital, Faridabad, Pune, Panjim, Hubli, Erode, Kottayam, Kochi, Madurai, Tirupur, Bhubaneswar, Imphal, Cuttack, Ranchi, Vijayawada, Jammu and Patiala. The series was recently flagged off at the annual technology festival of a reputed engineering college in Mumbai, in which the GIGABYTE event was attended by more than 70 students from multiple colleges.

The "The No. 1 Choice - GIGABYTE" seminars will primarily focus on PC assembling and the "Do It Yourself' (DIY) concept, using the most advanced and feature-rich motherboards. To make the seminars engaging, GIGABYTE has added an exciting array of programmes, including contests on gaming, build-your-PC, and technology paper presentations; demo on high-end gaming systems; live overclocking sessions by India's leading overclockers; hands-on innovative PC usage activities; and complementary quizzes. The prizes in the contests and quizzes include motherboards, mice, T-shirts, and wallets, among other things.
