Apple introduces 12-inch MacBook with all metal, fanless design
Apple has unveiled a new MacBook at its ‘Spring Forward’ event in San Francisco. The all new MacBook is an engineering marvel in a lot of ways and the latest notebook is even thinner than the company’s MacBook Air. The new 12-inch MacBook is just about 13.1mm at its thinnest point and can it get any thinner than this? Well, we doubt it. The notebook is about 907 grams. Apple is calling the new model as MacBook and there’s no suffix to it. The MacBook comes with an all metal finish and has a fanless design. So, there’s going to be no noise from the device at all, but we will have to wait and see how the heat sinks. The machine features just one USB-C port on the left side and acts as both charging and connectivity port. The 3.5mm audio jack is on the other side of the device.
