step:1) first open vlc media player and simply  go to Media > Convert / Save,

step:3) when you add you desire file in the first section click on convert/save button and a new window will be opened and select the destination folder,give any name to the file and select any profile which you want from the drop down list.


note: if you want to make your desire profile then click on creat new button which is clearly mention after the profile slect dropdown list  there are  3 icons edit,delete and creat new 

step:4) when all finsh simply click on convert buton tab and wait until your process completed.
