ANALOGOUS: A Synaesthesia Experience (working title) is an immersive trans-media installation allowing audiences to experience the neurological condition synaesthesia first-hand. The installation features a pop-up mixed-media booth powered by low-tech pocket computers (Raspberry Pi and Arduino). Audiences are invited to step inside and experience the world through the eyes and ears of someone with synaesthesia. Visitors will hear music and soundscapes through headphones, while experiencing custom light shows, videos and animations designed by synaesthetes themselves.
