Circuit Playground Classes from The Square School #MakerEducation

This camp is for young people between the ages of 7-12. Participants will spend the day designing and exploring a variety of circuits. Our day will start with paper circuits and progress to the Circuit Playground Express, a small micro controller board that is great for learners at all levels of electronics. We’ll start programming with MakeCode, a web-based code editor that uses blocks, similar to Scratch. This is not a crash course in writing code, rather it’s a playful day, where students will explore their interests and practice creative thinking. We’ll recharge outside during a snack break, recess in a local park, and lunch. An additional material fee has been added for the day and participants will be able to take home a personal Circuit Playground Express to continue their learning at home.

This discounted ticket is for the entire week of the Circuit Playground Design Camp, 7/16-7/20 from 9:00am to 3:30pm each day. This camp is for young people between the ages of 7-12.
