Day 2: Squat Every Day To Tone Up Your Butt

squat

Day one should have left you sore, or at least feeling moderately better. Day two is all about gradual progression.

Completing 55 squats is the goal you must accomplish today. Instead of doing a traditional squat, you could switch it up by doing Hindu squats or sumo squats. There are many variations when it comes to squatting, and they all target muscle groups differently. Working your body out from every conceivable angle is one of the keys to muscle development. Muscle growth will occur from repetition and consistency over time. But if you want to achieve the best possible physique, then hit your muscles with different exercise variations.

Day Two: Do 55 Squats

Fifty-five squats can be executed using the same method you did yesterday or you can challenge yourself by going until failure. Your body should be shaking and burning like crazy after every set.

Push yourself to the limit so the following day you can extend beyond what you thought was possible. Don’t settle for just completing the task at hand. Ask yourself how bad you want it and go after it with a new sense of movement and ambition.

Pushing your body beyond what you think it is capable of will expand your horizons. Going through the repetitious nature of a workout is predominantly a mental process. Get your mind straight and your body will follow the discipline. Respect and cherish the unforgettable sojourn.
