Cell phones have become a commodity that nobody can live without; however, if you’re not expecting any calls from work or family, do you really need to have it by your side? It is a useful tool, but try turning it off for an hour or two each day while you try to relax and focus on other things — without being interrupted by anyone. Not having to worry about who might call next is guaranteed to lower stress levels at least a little.
