Why it matters?

Sometimes, even with the best of intentions, we might veer away from a planned diet. However, inviting friends or family over for meals means we have to stick to our plans. Obviously, you’ll need to make high-protein meals for such occasions, so tell your guests in advance what will be on the menu. Since you should have planned your weekly diet ahead of time anyway, you can’t go wrong.

Today we suggest trying: Oats (13 grams of protein per cup)
